Jason Hogan
Government Operations Manager
Based out of the Eastern Shore, Jason serves as Diversified Safety’s point of contact for developing existing relationships into lasting relationships with our clients. Jason’s background includes over 25 years of experience in construction and 10 +years in safety management, including government contracts, multifamily and commercial buildings. He is highly experienced in the on-site safety management of large-scale construction, EM385 contracts, hospital renovations and demolition projects. He has developed, implemented, and managed corporate safety programs, policies, procedures, job-site specific safety plans, fall protection plans and job site hazard analysis to impact overall safety performance. Jason has employee oversight in MD, VA, DC, and Delaware. In addition to working on-site with clients to assist their safety needs, he trains the OSHA 10-30 hr. and First Aid and CPR.
Jay Stephan
Field Operations Manager
Jay brings over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, with the last 8+ years focused on safety leadership. His background as an Estimator, Superintendent, and Project Manager has strengthened his expertise in Occupational Safety & Health. Most recently, he served as Corporate Safety Manager for a major HVAC and mechanical systems provider. Jay is an OSHA 500-certified instructor and is qualified to teach OSHA 10/30, CPR/AED, and First Aid. He is also skilled in site inspections, incident investigations, claims management, equipment training, and safety compliance.
Paul Shoemaker

After a distinguished career in the fire service, Paul transitioned into the safety industry, bringing with him a deep commitment to protecting people, property, and operations. At Diversified, he plays a vital role across multiple areas of the organization, combining field expertise with leadership to support both clients and internal teams. Paul is responsible for conducting comprehensive site safety inspections, delivering engaging and informative training programs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. He holds several respected certifications, including Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), OSHA 500 Trainer, First Aid Instructor, and Flagger Instructor. Paul’s hands-on experience, leadership, and passion for safety make him a trusted resource and an integral part of the Diversified team.

Dave Hill is a highly experienced construction safety professional with 30 years in the industry and OSHA certification, recognized for his unwavering commitment to creating safe, compliant, and productive job sites. Throughout his three decades of field and leadership experience, Dave has developed a strong reputation for proactive hazard identification, practical risk‑mitigation strategies, and clear, effective communication. His deep understanding of OSHA standards and industry best practices allows him to train teams, strengthen safety culture, and implement solutions that keep workers protected at every stage of a project. Dedicated, collaborative, and improvement‑driven, Dave ensures that safety remains the foundation of every operation.
